The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed, which was a relief, but the disappointment came with the extremely dirty jacuzzi and the musty, humid pool area. Dinner and breakfast were charged at a high price, making us feel rushed during meals. The staff, however, had a mix of being friendly and professional yet too busy or in a hurry at times.

The indoor pool area was disappointing, and the dinner and breakfast were not free, which was pricey and rushed. However, the staff assisted in finding alternative accommodation nearby and were professional, while the location was convenient although not downtown. Dinner service was rushed, but the food quality was good. The facilities were average at best.
